PC World – Popular URL-shortening service tr.im announced Tuesday that it’s restored its service and has reopened its website. Nambu, tr.im’s parent company, had announced last weekend that it was closing the service. But a message on the tr.im blog now says the service is back in business, although its future remains murky:
